Deneen R. Whitaker launched her coaching profession in 2013. Having overcome her own experiences with childhood abuse and trauma, Deneen feels her passion lies in helping women survivors discover their inner strength and value. • Previously, she served as the “Women of Hope” coordinator at The Hope Church in Inglewood, California, which ministers to the women of the Greater Los Angeles Region. As a woman of God, Deneen feels gifted that she has been given the privilege to speak, teach, write, and minister to others. She hopes to use these gifts to continue to encourage women from different factions of life to remain steadfast in times of hardship and continually look to God for guidance.

• Deneen takes pride in her first ministry; her family, which includes her supportive parents, children, and grandchildren.
• In addition to life coaching, Deneen has over 20 years of experience working within the corporate sphere in Senior Risk Management. She is also the mastermind behind the Rise Above The Ashes: Reclaim Your Hope, Trust & Love Signature Program which specializes in helping women survivors of childhood abuse and trauma to heal their physical, emotional and spiritual wounds.
